Preparing for Your Home Inspection: A Comprehensive Guide

The inspection shouldn't be a mystery.

Whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned real estate agent, knowing exactly what happens during a Home Inspection is the key to a stress-free transaction. At Northpoint, we believe that education is a vital part of the inspection. We don’t just hand you a report; we provide a roadmap for your investment.

The Northpoint Experience:

When you hire Northpoint Property Inspections, you are hiring over 30 years of technical mastery. We provide a higher level of service and care to buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. Accountability:

We stand behind our inspections and welcome all follow-up questions.

Expertise:

Our inspections are conducted by an ASHI Certified Home Inspector.

Local Roots:

We serve nine counties across Northern California, including Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado.

What’s Included in a Home Inspection?

A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and a home inspection is always recommended before buying a home. It’s important to realize the condition of your investment.

While some little quirks may be nothing to worry about, there may be more serious issues that only a professional home inspector can assess.
A large part of surviving the home inspection is understanding what is and what isn’t included. Here’s a helpful infographic that shows you what’s covered in a home inspection.
