About Us
Our Foundation: 30+ Years of Expertise
Thank you for considering me as your home inspector. I approach every inspection as if I were inspecting a home for my own family, thorough, careful, and with your best interests in mind.
Choosing the right inspector matters, and I’m committed to giving you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward. With over 20,000 inspections completed and membership in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #211105), you can rely on experienced, professional guidance every step of the way.
I’m available to you before, during, and after your inspection. I’m your inspector for life.
My experience as a home inspector is rooted in a lifelong exposure to construction and the real estate industry. From an early age, I developed a strong understanding of building practices, which I have expanded through years of hands-on work in construction and construction management, as a California licensed general building contractor, and as a licensed termite inspector. Ongoing continuing education further strengthens my expertise, allowing me to deliver detailed, informed, and dependable property inspections.
